Empty your head. Start one thing.
Dump everything on your mind. Kaapi turns it into small tasks, counts down the ones with a time, and sits with you while you start.
Nobody plans to lose the afternoon.
It just goes.
An ADHD brain does not start on importance.
It starts on a deadline, something new, a game, or someone there. Kaapi brings all four.
Say when. Watch it count down.
Write "by 4pm" in your dump. The task counts down on its own. It gets darker near the end. It never turns red.
No new room? Change the sky.
Same task, new setting, suddenly doable. Every focus session opens under a different sky. Shuffle it three times, then it stays.
No deadline? Make one.
Ten minutes on the clock. Clear as many as you can. You race only yourself.
Timi keeps you company.
Timi sits at the bottom right of your screen while you work. When a task waits too long, Timi says its name.
Three steps, one minute.

Questions
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. Kaapi is built for how ADHD brains start, and it works for any brain that stalls.
Does my brain dump leave my Mac?
No. Your dumps, tasks and sessions stay on this Mac, and the AI reads them here, not in the cloud.
Will it keep interrupting me?
No. Timi says one short line in the corner when a task waits too long. The only banners are your routines, at their time.
Is it a game?
Only if you ask. Games stay off until you choose "Make it a game". There are no points and no streaks.
What does it cost?
$9.99 a month, or $99 a year, plus any tax where you live. You try the whole loop first, then you pay.
You were never lazy.
