These terms cover the Kaapi app and this website. Kaapi is made by Saugat Poudel. By using either one, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Kaapi.
What Kaapi is
Kaapi turns a brain dump into small tasks, and Timi keeps you company while you start. It is a productivity tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent ADHD or any other condition, and it is not therapy or medical advice. If you are unwell, talk to a clinician.
The AI can miss a task or read a date wrong. Check titles, steps and deadlines before you count on them.
Your account
An account is optional. If you make one, you sign in with Google. Keep that sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under it. Do not use Kaapi to break the law, and do not try to reverse engineer, resell, or get around the payment for it.
What you write in Kaapi is yours. We claim no rights to it, and we never see it.
You need to be at least 13 to use Kaapi.
Free and paid
During onboarding you write a brain dump and watch Kaapi turn it into tasks, before you pay anything. After that, Kaapi needs a subscription. Both plans unlock the same app. Stripe takes the payment.

Prices are in United States dollars and do not include tax. Stripe adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout and shows the total before you pay.
- Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same length, at the same price, until you cancel.
- To cancel, open the menu in the app and choose Manage subscription, or email us, before the renewal date. We stop the next renewal.
- After you cancel, you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
- Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
No free trial
Kaapi has no free trial period. Onboarding shows you the app working on your own dump first, so you decide before you pay, not after.
Prices and changes
The price at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices for future periods. If we do, we will email you before the new price applies, and you can cancel first.
Refunds
Stripe takes the payment, and we give refunds ourselves. Write to saugatfiguresitout@gmail.com about a wrong charge or a refund. Send the email you paid with and the date of the charge. Never send a card number. Nothing here removes a refund right the law gives you.
Restoring a purchase
Your plan is saved on the Mac you bought it on. If you reinstall Kaapi or move to a new Mac and it asks you to pay again, do not pay twice. Email us your Stripe receipt, and we will restore your access.
Restoring access does not bring back your tasks. They live on the old Mac.
What we owe you, and what we do not
We work to keep Kaapi running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. It depends on macOS, on Stripe, and on Google for sign-in, which are outside our control.
Your work lives only on your Mac. We cannot recover it if the Mac is lost or the app’s data is deleted. Keep your own backup.
To the extent the law allows, Kaapi is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Ending it
You can stop using Kaapi at any time. Delete the app, and cancel the subscription in the app (menu, then Manage subscription) or by email. To delete your account, email us too, and we will delete it within 30 days. We may suspend access for anyone who abuses the service or breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use Kaapi after that means you accept the new version.
